Mobile homes and floating homes are the least expensive real estate option in Campbell with an average listing price of $280,700, while multi-family homes are the most expensive with an average listing price around $2.8 million. Single family homes in Campbell tend to top out around $4.5 million and have an average listing price around $1.3 million.
